Robert A
Partner
Robert is the Director of Customer Engagement at CircuitHub and focuses on revenue growth, customer retention, and bridging customer needs to company roadmaps for product, operations, and marketing. He was an early hire as the company grew to $10M, and oversees multiple teams. Robert has been a founder, consultant, advisor, and early hire at startups associated with SOSV, YC, GV, DARPA, and Techstars. His experience with startups spans several sectors that include: B2B, B2C, SaaS, hardware, defense/security, food & beverage, and biotech. Robert graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration where he was a D1 athlete for a nationally ranked top-10 team. Robert is a founding partner of the Himk team.
Nerses M
Partner
Nerses was the Director of Business Development at Field Complete where he focused on new business and operations. He was the first hire as the company grew to $5M. Primarily, he has focused on development & operations in several industries that include field services, B2B, SaaS, transportation, real estate, and marketing. Nerses began his studies at Arizona State University's Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering & W.P. Carey's School of Business where he studied in the Technological Entrepreneurship & Management program. Nerses is a founding partner of the Himk team.
Alexandra A, MBA
Partner
Alexandra is the Senior Product Manager at Fetch. She leads product management for the company's operations. She is also the co-owner of Battleground Ranch. Previously, Alexandra has been a founder and early employee, and sat in product leadership at large corporations. Her experiences in E-Com, B2B, B2C, and logistics / transportation / supply chain range from launching an application with over 2k active users, to projects with USPS, Home Depot, Walmart, and include owning the roadmap for a $120M product. Alexandra graduated with a B.A. in Applied Economics from Cal State LA., and went on to earn a M.B.A. in Global Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Alexandra is a founding partner of the Himk team.
Petros D, MMB
Partner
Petros is the lead Product Manager of the Web3 & NFT division for Wursta. Previously, he has been a founder, early employee, and professor. His experiences in D2C, E-Com, academia, and bio range from simultaneous university placements, to driving first year sales to $2MM, and include fielding acquisition exit and licensing opportunities. He most recently was the Vaccine Data & Finance Manager for the Texas Department of State Health Services and led the COVID vaccine roll-out strategy and oversaw a $500M budget. Petros graduated with a B.S. in Psychobiology from UCLA, and went on to earn a M.S. in Molecular Biology from CSUSM. Petros is a founding partner of the Himk team.

Giorgio is an investment banker at FOCUS Investment Bank. His track record includes 20+ deals ranging between $5M to $300M+. Previously, Giorgio has been a business operations executive, and a small business owner in field services and retail. His experiences include building to 7 locations and $20M, and managing 60+ locations/licensees and $100M. Giorgio graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of San Diego, and went on to earn a M.B.A. from The Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business. Giorgio is a founding partner of the Himk team.
Hakob S, MAcc

Hakob is a Manager at BDO where he leads projects covering cross-jurisdictional investigations and remediations for multinational corporate clients regarding internal control, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Previously, he consulted at Deloitte and Forensic Risk Alliance. Hakob's experiences include enterprise risk assessments, litigation support, pre and post M&A due diligence, forensic accounting, analyzing corporate financial health, and evaluating an organization's corporate governance. Hakob graduated with a B.S. in Mathematical Economics and Applied Mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College, and went on to earn a M.S. in Accounting from William and Mary College. Hakob is a founding partner of the Himk team.
